Fulfillment Policy

Overview

Howard Media LLC provides podcast management services and education to our clients. This fulfillment policy outlines how we deliver our services, handle billing, and provide customer support.

Service Delivery

Upon the successful completion of payment, services will be considered active. Onboarding details will be provided to the client via email within one business day.

Services will be delivered according to the specifications agreed upon in the signed service agreement. Regular updates will be communicated to ensure transparency and alignment with client objectives.

Billing

Billing: Clients are billed for services between the 30th and 1st of each month. 

Payment methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by our payment processors, Stripe and Paypal, including: 

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• ACH payments
• Check payments

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we’ll notify you via email, and you’ll have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information before access to services are restricted.

Return/Refund Policy for Services

Howard Media LLC makes an effort to ensure that we have provided you our absolute best – professionally, and ethically speaking. If you feel that Howard Media LLC has not performed the management of your podcast to your satisfaction, please contact us here [email protected] to request a refund of any payments made within 30 days and we will let you know if we have any questions in order to process your request. 

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service agreements at any time; however, they may be subject to original contract terms.
